GLP uses relevant application information to assess suitability, communicate with candidates and manage recruitment. This may include contact details, CVs, qualifications, experience, availability and interview notes. The website does not provide a CV upload facility.
Information normally comes from you. If a recruiter or another source provides your information, we will provide the required information about that source and its use.
Purpose, basis and access
Processing may support steps requested before an employment contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests in administering recruitment. Optional talent-pool participation relies on the appropriate basis communicated to you.
Access is limited to people involved in the relevant recruitment process and any service providers identified to you. We request only role-relevant information. Sensitive information or criminal-record information is handled only where a specific legal condition permits it.
Retention and decisions
Application information is kept for the recruitment process and justified follow-up. A restricted archive may be retained where necessary for legal claims. If you join a talent pool, active retention will not normally exceed two years from the last contact, with information about your choices provided at the time.
This website does not score applicants or make automated hiring decisions.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. French law also provides for instructions concerning personal data after death.
Requests are normally answered within one month. A further two months may be needed for complex or numerous requests; we will explain any extension within the first month. You may complain to the CNIL or another competent European supervisory authority.
