Our commitment

GLP supports equal pay for equal work or work of equal value. Pay decisions should be based on objective, role-related factors and free from unlawful discrimination.

Our principles

Relevant factors include responsibilities, skills, experience, working conditions and consistently assessed performance. We aim to make pay and progression decisions fairly and address unjustified differences.

Employees should be able to raise good-faith pay-equity concerns without retaliation.

Legal framework and reporting

GLP’s approach is informed by applicable French employment law and EU equality requirements. Reporting obligations depend on the relevant workforce thresholds and legal rules.

This page states our principles and does not publish a statutory equality-index score or claim external certification.
